What Is Midnight Madness?

This annual event is held on the first two Thursdays of December from 4 p.m. to Midnight as well as the third Thursday of December from 4 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. The streets of Downtown Annapolis are twinkling with festive lights and decorations to get you in the holiday spirit. Midnight Madness brings our community together and offers a chance to support small, locally-owned businesses. The fun doesn’t stop there, though.
