Had oil change & tire rotation. Ralph Curtis took swift and great care of my vehicle. BUT, what was really fantastic was that I have been to the MDOT at least 5 times since June to try to re-register my car from my deceased husband's name to mine and each time they said I needed different paperwork. I showed what I had to Ramesh Deonerain & Marissa Ortiz and with less than 2 hours they had my new title, new tags and all necessary paperwork completed. There are no words to thank them all enough for the fantastic job they did on the car and for me personally.

Marissa (sales representative) did an amazing job and we bought a new Titan! The rest of the sales team and finance manager were excellent too. 5 stars! 10 out of 10. I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue through Marissa and I had the BEST experience. She was immediately responsive and was even waiting outside with the car I had initially come to test drive when I arrived. The car ended up being smaller than I had initially thought, and she immediately pivoted and started looking for things more in the range I was looking for. She pulled the Rogue I ended up purchasing, I loved it during the test drive, and she and her finance director, Chuck, did everything they could to get me the best rate with a car that will last me several years. She even cleaned my driver's license off for me because I had stained it with ink! Seriously amazing customer service, none of the other dealerships I had contacted were as pleasant, informative, or easy to access and communicate with.
