Easy and quick. Communication was spot on

I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue through Marissa and I had the BEST experience. She was immediately responsive and was even waiting outside with the car I had initially come to test drive when I arrived. The car ended up being smaller than I had initially thought, and she immediately pivoted and started looking for things more in the range I was looking for. She pulled the Rogue I ended up purchasing, I loved it during the test drive, and she and her finance director, Chuck, did everything they could to get me the best rate with a car that will last me several years. She even cleaned my driver's license off for me because I had stained it with ink! Seriously amazing customer service, none of the other dealerships I had contacted were as pleasant, informative, or easy to access and communicate with. Definitely recommend coming to check out Annapolis Nissan and asking for Marissa. She truly exceeded all of my expectations.

Awesome Awesome dealership. Kevin M (sales consultant) was the best. No hassle, No pressure. I went there for one particular vehicle they had on their lot. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in and showed me some features that I didn't know it had. Kevin was just kind, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable ??, hospitable, genuine. Can't ask for anymore than that.

Went to look at a used Infiniti QX80 ended up purchasing a 2020 Certified Pre-owned Armada instead. Had a lot to do with the very helpful saleswoman Claire. She knew the vehicles very well and was low pressure and very accomadating. The other staff from the sales manager to Chuck the finance guy were great. I would highly recommend.

Had an issue with my radio. Called Zeek in the Service Department and they got me in, remedied and remedied the issue. Really appreciate the staff. Thanks everyone!

Bill Morgenstern, was more than professional and so helpful in helping us to find a car. Once we found our perfect car, we then went in with the financing team and they were so easy to work with and fast. We were in and out with no problems, no worries and a great experience. I was finally able to make the trip, but time was not on my side and put me there 20 minutes before they closed... literally... and on a Friday night! Marissa, Chuck, and Rodney went to work, and I was heading home in my new ride a little over an hour later. Very positive experience. Thanks, guys!

Went there just to look for a used car. Ended up buying in 20 minutes. Our guy Bill was extremely helpful when asking questions. We started looking at a Lexus then a murano and finally a pathfinder. We kept on going back to the Lexus. He let us drive it and my wife and I knew we wanted it immediately. It was under 30k and we love our new car. Go Check them out on riva rd!

Josh was great. This is the second car we bought from him.. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the finance rate of 7%. We were able to get it, lowered another percent so we got it at 6%. But what I have been reading issues finance rates around 5% right now
